Crema de ciocolata cu bezea

Ingrediente: 

crema de ciocolata
marshmallow (bezea)
pudra de ciocolata sau cacao

Mod de preparare: 

Se prepara crema de ciocolata. Eu am folosit de data aceasta ciocolata neagra Heidi Dark Coffee (cacao 55%) care are o usoara aroma de cafea. Am impartit crema in 4 pahare (2 de martini si 2 de vin).
Am preparat marshmallow (bezeaua) din cele 4 albusuri care mi-au ramas de la crema. Urmati instructiunile din reteta pana la pasul 4 inclusiv.
Completati in pahare cu spuma de oua. Pudrati cu putin cacao sau ciocolata pudra. Dati la frigider macar 2 ore, pana bezeaua e inchegata bine. Se poate pastra la frigider 2-3 zile.
