Punch indian

Ingrediente:
4 oua
1/2 ceasca esenta tare de ceai
4 linguri rom
1/4 l frisca indulcita
125 g zahar
2-3 foi gelatina

Mod de preparare:

Din galbenusuri, zahar si frisca se face o crema care se fierbe pe aburi, apoi se da deoparte si se amesteca cu romul, esenta de ceai, gelatina dizolvata si albusurile spuma.Se pune in pahare si se garniseste cu frisca apoi, se da la rece.
