Carote cu unt

Ingrediente:

1 kg carote
1-2 linguri de unt
1 lingura zahar
sare

Mod de preparare:

Se rad carotele de coaja cu cutitul si se spala.Se prajesc putin in unt,apoi se adauga apa,zahar si sare.Se acopera si se lasa sa fiarba inabusit.Din cand in cand se amesteca cu lingura,ca sa nu se lipeasca.Se mai adauga cate putina apa.Cand sunt bine fragezite,se pun intr-o farfurie rotunda,iar pe margini se pun friganele de paine sau crochete de gris.
