Chiftele de zarzavat

Ingrediente:

4-5 cartofi
2 morcovi
1 patrunjel
1 telina
1 praz
2 oua
2 linguri de branza rasa
3 linguri grasime
faina
sare
piper

Mod de preparare:

Se fierbe tot zarzavatul,se scurge bine de apa si se trece prin masina de tocat carne.Se adauga 2 oua,2 linguri faina,1-2 linguri de cascaval ras,sare si piper.Se fac chiftele rotunde sau ovale,se dau prin faina si se prajesc in grasime fierbinte.
