Inghetata de zahar ars

Ingrediente:

4 galbenusuri
1/2 litru lapte rece
150g zahar
2 linguri zahar pentru ars

Mod de preparare:

Se freaca galbenususrile cu zaharul,apoi se toarna putin cate putin,laptele rece,amestecand.Se ard 2 linguri de zahar, se sting cu putina apa,se lasa pe foc pana se dizolva bine,apoi se amesteca cu compozitia,se leaga pe foc,iar cand e rece se pune in forma la gheata.
