Margarete cu branza

Ingrediente:

4 felii franzela
4 oua
50g cascaval
50g unt
1 1/2 dl lapte
100g smantana

Mod de preparare:

Se taie franzela felii groase de un deget,se pun intr-un graten uns cu unt si se stropesc bine cu lapte.Cand sunt moi se face un cuib la mijlocu fiecarei felii si se sparge cate un ou.Se presara cu cascaval.Se dau la cuptor 10 minute si se servesc cu smantana.
