Mujdei de usturoi

Ingrediente:

usturoi
sare
apa

Mod de preparare:

Se curata cantitatea de usturoi mai mica sau mai mare,se piseaza bine cu putina sare,pana cand totul devine ca o alifie.Se pune in sosiera si se amesteca cu o cantitate de apa potrivita.
Cand mujdeiul este destina unui rasol de gaina, in loc de apa se pun cateva linguri de supa de gaina.
