Sos scordolea

Ingrediente:

200 g nuci macinate
1 pahar untdelemn
5-6 catei de usturoi
miez de paine
puitn otet
sare
piper

Mod de preparare:

Se pun nucile intr-un castron,se stropesc cu 1-2 lingurite de apa rece si se freaca bine cu lingura de lemn.Se adauga miezul de la o felie de paine muiat in apa amestecata cu otet si foarte bine stoarsa.Se sareaza,se pipereaza.Se continua frecatul,turnand unt-delemnul,putin cate putin ca la maioneza.Se adauga usturoiul pisat bine pana s-a facut ca o pasta.Se amesteca impreuna.
Acest sos se serveste mai ales cu gaturi de raci,cu rasol de peste,cu felii de sfecla sau cu fasole verde.
